Temporary Case Planning

For those in immediate need, we provide short-term, solution-focused planning to help stabilize urgent situations and ensure safety. Temporary planning may include:

• Safety planning

• Emergency shelter coordination

• Food and transportation assistance

• Access to storage or relocation support

• Referrals to essential community resources

 

Our trained caseworkers and social workers will also make appropriate referrals to trusted community partners, ensuring that each client receives the specific support they need, from legal advocacy to culturally safe services.
